Ringing The Hell Out of The Damn Bell!
Finding words for this is hard! I have never been so tested, so tired, in such pain, and so optimistic for the future all at once!
My bone scan is clear, my tumors have shrunk to the point they have disappeared (as far as physical exams go), and I am finally done my 8 rounds of dose dense chemotherapy!
In the last 4 months, I have found never ending support from my family and friends. There is no way I'll ever be able to repay you all.
Special thank you to my BFF Brittany Ann Donovan who has spent HOURS (and DAYS) in appointments and chemo wards with me and who has cracked more hilarious dark jokes than anyone I've ever met. Couldn't have done it without you
Matt Stratton who has loved me unconditionally and kept our lives so full of fun and hope (while raising our children and keeping the house from falling in) There are honestly not enough words for how much I love and respect the kind of man you are.
And my kiddos, you are why I work so damn hard, love so hard, and why I have no fear of failure. I am tough so you won't have to be
